These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elite Door and Window website and services provided by Elite Door and Window ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Elite Door and Window provides consultation, sales, measurement, installation, and repair of windows, exterior and interior doors, garage doors, custom glass products, and commercial storefront systems for residential and commercial customers. All quotes are estimates until confirmed in a signed order.

2. Estimates, orders & payment

• Consultations and on-site measurements are complimentary and carry no obligation.
• Special-order and custom-cut products require a deposit at the time of order.
• Because windows, doors, and glass are cut and built to your measurements, custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
• Balance is due at completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Elite Door and Window will assist with warranty claims. Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the installation date.

4. Website use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content from this site without permission. You agree not to use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Communications

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Iron County, Utah.
