These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the text-messaging program operated by Elite Door and Window. By opting in to receive text messages from Elite Door and Window, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program description

Elite Door and Window uses SMS to send appointment reminders and promotional SMS to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Message types include:

• Appointment and consultation reminders
• Installation scheduling and crew arrival updates
• Estimate and order status follow-ups
• Compliance audits and account verification messages
• Occasional promotional offers on windows, doors, and glass services

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form at elitedoorandwindow.com/consultation and providing your mobile phone number, or by verbally confirming consent during a call or on-site visit. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive messages related to your active consultations, appointments, and estimates.

Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Elite Door and Window is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

How to opt out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers

Elite Door and Window does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
